According to some queer historians, a punishment given to men accused of sodomy was to burn them at the feet of witches. These men were called faggots. For this piece I adhered candy of various colours to sticks and branches collected from the streets of Chicago, New York, and New Jersey. The installation was designed to envelop AA Bronson’s collaborative project, School for Young Shamans.
